"Wish the packaging had been more discreet"
Shipping was actually quick, so I’ll give them that, but I regret not checking more into how discreet the packaging would be. The box had more information on it than I was comfortable with, and the return name kind of made it obvious. Maybe that wouldn’t bother everyone, but for something like this, I really expected it to be more low-key. It wasn’t a terrible order overall, but the lack of privacy was disappointing for me.

"They fixed it, but it took a bit"
I had a problem with my order and contacted them about getting a refund or replacement. To be fair, they did respond, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and I had to follow up once, which was kind of frustrating. They did end up sending a replacement, and it arrived fine, so I guess I’ll give them credit for handling it in the end. Still, the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother and clearer. I might order from them again, but I’d definitely hope their support is faster next time.

"Nice idea, but not sure it really adds much"
The loyalty points are okay and it’s nice to get something back, but they build up slowly. They do help a little when I place orders, so I can’t complain too much. I’m just not totally convinced the program is worth much in terms of overall value or quality.

"Stock was weirdly accurate"
I ordered a few packs, fully expecting the usual “oops, actually backordered” email to show up 10 minutes later like it always seems to. But nope, everything they said was in stock actually was. that almost makes me suspicious because online stock counts are usually part of some grand retail illusion. Either way, my stuff shipped without any drama, so I’ll take the win

My order showed up without any problems, so that part was good. Nothing was damaged, and the labels were easy to read, but the packaging itself was just, kind of average. The box felt a little flimsy, and it wasn’t packed as neatly as I expected. For the price, I was hoping for something a bit better, but overall, it got here safely, and did the job.

"Pretty much what I expected in a good way"
I ordered from Seeds Here Now the shipping was faster than I expected. I’d already heard they were solid, so I kind of figured it would go smoothly, and this pretty much confirmed that for me. Tracking updated like it should, the pack showed up sooner than I thought, and everything was in good shape. Nothing over the top, just a quick, easy order. I’d definitely order again.

"Seeds Sprouted Fine, I Think Quickly?"
I planted these and can’t remember if they started popping up after a few days or maybe closer to a week, but either way they sprouted just fine for me. I was a little unsure at first because I kept forgetting when I’d put them in, but they ended up coming in nicely. Happy with them overall.

My order showed up right, like everything I picked was actually in there. The packs matched the site, even the smaller little items, which… i always kind of check because I’ve had mix-ups with other places before. This time there was nothing missing, no weird substitutions or anything. Just simple, easy, and I’d probably order again.

I tried seedsherenow once and my order did end up arriving, so no issue there. The site seems legit enough, but the communication wasn’t the clearest and support took a bit to get back to me. It wasn’t a bad experience, exactly, just one of those where you’re kind of waiting and hoping everything works out. I’d consider ordering again, but I’d probably keep it small next time.

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, support did get back to me. Maybe I was just expecting it to move faster, but it felt like it took way too long to actually get everything sorted out. They did fix it in the end, so I guess it wasn’t a total disaster, but overall it just wasn’t the best experience for me.

How are you storing your seeds? In a sauna? Wasted money buying seeds with a 10-20% germination rate. I've never complained about germination rates in 7 yeas of buying seeds online. Both 10-packs from seeds here now have had a major problem.

Do they really ship bad seeds and rip customers off?

“My initial order had several bad seeds which I contacted them about. After several weeks of no response more bad seed so I contacted them again to deal with the most insincere passive agressive team ever. I was promised replacement seeds which I still dont have due to issues with Waave, because they wont just send you replacements. They have to be credited and you are not allowed to use the credit towards shipping costs (brilliant) and now Waave wont accept a perfectly good credit card. The seeds were over priced and poor quality. They failed to replace the seeds as promised. Shop elsewhere!”
